Subject: An order from yesterday
Hi,
Just to say many thanks for the
very quick dispatch of the camera and connection kit I ordered yesterday. I
shall need some more camera things in a month and so, and shall certainly be
dealing with you again.
All the best,

RF
Concepts.
Congratulations.
We have
now chosen you as our sole supplier of CCTV products because of the way
that you have conducted your business.
We are
today in the process of 'dropping' most, if not all other suppliers for
our CCTV and related components and using RF Concepts all of the time. We
feel that no other company has come anywhere near your quality and
service.
We are a
counter-terrorism company who has a global reputation of 'knowing our
stuff'. We decided to come up with some new idea's using your equipment.
They worked 100%. In fact, we are now going to use your products on ALL
of our jobs.
Typical of
Ireland, ANOTHER success.
Thankyou
D.Francis

Hi,
I've received the camera pack and
it seems to be working great, real nice pictures from something so small and
relatively low cost. I'll send you some files when we come back from Mexico.
However it is getting worryingly
hot, so much so that its almost too hot to hold. Is this normal or is it
something to worry about. (cameras run hot - normal)
Many thanks,
--

Bought one of these cameras last
year & have been using it very successfully on BBC wildlife projects (I'm a
freelance wildlife film cameraman).
Used it in Florida last month,
where it was chewed by a Cuban crocodile.
It spat it out after 10 minutes,
having severed the cable in the meantime. After a quick solder job, the
camera was back in action, unharmed except for a few
teethmarks. Unfortunately, I can
no longer unscrew the front ring to change lenses, hence my new order!
